ENVIROCON is a building services engineering design consultancy firm dealing in MEP services in buildings and infrastructure segment.

The firm was established in the year 2003 by Ms. Samta Bajaj at New Delhi.

We started as an HVAC consultancy firm but it has been our quality, expertise and customers satisfaction that prompted us to take a leap forward and our services portfolio now includes HVAC, Electrical system, Plumbing, Sanitary & Fire Fighting systems.

We have managed to prove our caliber in a short span of time and worked for few of the leading developers of India such as DLF, MAX Healthcare, Apollo Hospitals, Airtel , Bharti Realty, HSCC, RITES , DSIDC, ANSALs etc.

We design for new systems as well as for retrofit jobs. We also undertake jobs of design review for scrutiny / value addition in existing engineered systems. We can also extend our services in energy audit of existing utility systems to provide innovation solutions for energy conservation.
